Process

Thank you for your interest in working with SemBro Design & Supply! We’re excited that you’ve chosen us to upgrade your home. Our process is simple, and the goal is to get your project off the ground as quickly as possible. We’ll be here every step of the way, striving to meet your needs and expectations. The following is our proven process for delivering you an affordable, high-quality product.

In-Home Consultation

The first step in our process is to meet with you in person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards, and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home remodel. We’ll be offering our own ideas as needed and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.

In-Showroom Design Review

We will take this opportunity to review the proposed design for your project, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right company for you! During this stage, you will be able to see and feel the products we have to offer and get all your questions answered.

Design Stage

After going over all that we have prepared, if you are not completely satisfied with what we have presented, you can request to update your design for a fee of $750, which can be applied to your project if you decide to go with us. Design service is complimentary if you choose our company for your remodeling project. This fee will include up to 10 hours of work with a designer. We would work to finalize all the selections for your design.

Approval

Once you have approved the final layout, design, and all the selections, we will sign a contract and collect a down payment. Your project will be put on our schedule and your materials ordered. We like to start our projects only when all materials are delivered to our warehouse to avoid any delays during the construction stage.

Construction Stage

Your Project Specialist will manage your project from beginning to end: the demolition, rough-in-work, installation and finishing touches. He/she will obtain all necessary permits, do inspections, manage daily activities on-site, and communicate with you, the homeowner, to make sure all needs are met.

Completion

As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you again to address any questions or concerns you may have while also going through a final punch list. At this time, we can review our warranty process in case any issues arise with your home after we leave.
