Our Process.

Process

Thank you for your interest in working with Sembro Design & Supply! We’re excited that you’ve chosen us to upgrade your home. Our process is proven to get your project off the ground as quickly as possible, while meeting all your needs and expectations. We’ll be here every step of the way. The following is our proven process for delivering you a high quality product you can afford.

In-Home Consultation

The first step in our process is to meet with you, in-person, to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home remodel. We’ll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions or concerns you may have.

In-Showroom Design Review

Let’s take this opportunity to review the proposed design for your project, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right company for you! At this point, you can request to update your design one more time, free of charge. You will be able to see and feel the products we have to offer and get all your questions answered. We would also finalize all your selections and present the final quote.

Approval

Once you have approved the final layout, design, and all the selections, we will sign a contract and collect a deposit down payment. Your project will be put on our schedule and your materials ordered. We like to start our projects only when all materials are delivered to our warehouse to avoid any delays during the construction stage.

Construction Stage

At this point you will be assigned a project manager (it could be the same designer you worked with up to this point) who will manage your project from demolition to completion. Project managers will obtain all necessary permits and do inspections, manage daily activity on the project and communicate with you, the homeowner. This stage is usually broken into a few steps: demolition, rough-ins, installation, and final finishes.

Completion

As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have while also going through a final punch list. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in the case that any issues arise with your home after we leave.
