Next, we create a custom project estimate using Buildertrend based on your vision and scope of work. During an in-office presentation (or via email, if needed), we’ll review design options and answer any questions. Once you’re ready, we’ll move forward with signing a design agreement or contract.

03. Design Kickoff & Site Planning

Who’s Involved: Sales Representative & Designer

With the contract signed and your down payment collected, we’ll schedule an on-site meeting if needed. At this point, our Designer begins taking the lead, working closely with you to refine layout ideas and plan material selections.

04. Detailed Design & Material Selections

Who’s Involved: Designer

Our Designer will develop your final design plan, including a detailed materials spreadsheet and a curated Materials Selections Board. Up to 15 hours of design time is included, with additional time available if needed. Once selections are finalized, you’ll review and sign off before moving forward.

05. Final Contract Review & Change Orders

Who’s Involved: Sales Representative & Designer

To wrap up the planning phase, we’ll confirm all project details and finalize any necessary change orders. From here, your project transitions to our production team for scheduling and execution.
