Process

Thank you for your interest in working with SemBro Design & Supply! We’re excited that you’ve chosen us to upgrade your home. Our process is simple, and the goal is to get your project off the ground as quickly as possible. We’ll be here every step of the way, striving to meet your needs and expectations. The following is our proven process for delivering you an affordable, high-quality product.

In-Home Consultation

The first step in our process is to meet with you in person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards, and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home remodel. We’ll be offering our own ideas as needed and addressing any questions or concerns you may have.

In-Showroom Design Review

We will take this opportunity to review the proposed design for your project, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right company for you! During this stage, you will be able to see and feel the products we have to offer and get all your questions answered.

Design Stage

Want to Make Changes to Your Design?

If you’re not fully satisfied with the initial design, you’re welcome to request changes through one of our design service packages. We’ll help you fine-tune the layout, make new material selections, and adjust the design until it feels just right. And when you choose to move forward with your remodeling project, the full design service is included at no extra cost.

Approval

At this stage, you’ll work closely with your designer to finalize the layout, confirm all material selections, and approve the complete design board. Once approved, you’ll sign the installation contract and meet with your sales representative, designer, and project manager at the job site to prepare for construction.
Your project will be added to our schedule, and all materials will be ordered. To avoid delays during the build, we begin work only after all materials have been delivered to our warehouse and confirmed as ready to go.

Construction Stage

Your Project Manager will manage your project from beginning to end: the demolition, rough-in-work, installation and finishing touches. He/she will obtain all necessary permits, do inspections, manage daily activities on-site, and communicate with you, the homeowner, to make sure all needs are met.

Completion

As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you again to address any questions or concerns you may have while also going through a final punch list. At this time, we can review our warranty process in case any issues arise with your home after we leave.
