Included Design Hours

To provide clarity and value from the start, SemBro Design & Supply includes a set number of professional design hours with each project—based on its size and complexity. These hours cover essential services like consultations, 3D renderings, design drawings, material selections, and travel time. Here’s what’s included:

Small Projects

  • (Fireplace, shower upgrade, mudroom)

Medium Projects

  • (Full bathroom, basement, kitchen, etc
  • ➤ Up to 10 hours included

Large Projects

  • (First floor remodel)
  • ➤ Up to 20 hours included

Full House Remodel

  • (Whole-home renovation)
  • ➤ Up to 30 hours included

Payment Terms

SemBro Design & Supply offers design services at flat rates based on the scope and size of your project. Each package includes a set number of hours covering tasks such as 3D designs, preparation of drawings, travel, consultations, and material selections.

Small Projects

$750
  • Examples: Fireplace, shower upgrade, mudroom
  • Includes: Up to 5 hours of service
  • Additional Time: Billed at $150 per hour

Mid-Size Projects

$1,500
  • Examples: Full bathroom, basement, kitchen
  • Includes: Up to 10 hours of service
  • Additional Time: Billed at $150 per hour

Large Projects

  • Examples: First floor remodel
  • Includes: Up to 20 hours of service

Whole Home Projects

Hourly Rate for Additional Design Time

Any work exceeding the included hours for a project will be billed at an hourly rate of $150. Additional time is tracked and invoiced weekly, with detailed summaries of the hours spent.
