— Can fluctuate with temperature and/or moisture changes
— More forgivable for uneven subfloors
— Expansion extremely important and long runs needs to separated with transitions every

— Softer, warmer, quieter under foot
— Easier to reduce texturing on surface floor
Stone | Composite Core (SPC)
— Waterproof
— PSI Rating up to 2200
— Much more stable in temperature and moisture changes
— More forgivable over uneven subfloors
— Can be used in 3 Season rooms
— Expansion recommended but doesn’t need to be broken down every 30 linear feet
— Harder, louder, colder under the foot
— Not as easy to provide texturing on surface
Engineered Stone | Poly Composite (ESPC)
— Waterproof
— PSI Rating up to 2200
— Combines benefits of SPC and Vinyl in one
— Much easier to EIR texture
— More forgivable over uneven floors
— Expansion recommended but doesn’t need to be broken down every 30 linear feet
— Quieter, warmer, softer, under the foot than traditional SPC products
